Schedule up to 5 sessions in a single week

Kaiser Permanente Clients:
Make-up sessions from current authorization can be used to

fund "boost" treatments

Private Pay Clients:

• $165 per sessions 1 & 2

• $100 per session if
  3 or more sessions are
  scheduled in a week
